At RCO, we understand that each individual we serve is unique with their own goals, ambitions, and challenges. With that in mind, our mission is clear. Founded in 1967, we exist to empower people of all abilities to achieve all they can in the community, workplace, and in life so they can achieve their dreams.
Achieving dreams is a common, shared human desire that should not be reserved for some people, but made available to all. We’re working hard to make this a reality for all our clients – those with varying levels of physical and developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, and mental health diagnoses.
To serve this underserved community, RCO provides valuable, person-centered services in the areas of employment support, community integration, and enrichment. These supports may be as in-depth as one-to-one staffing, or as informal as regular check-ins by phone, depending on the needs and wants of the person being served. We provide services including job skills development, supported employment, job searching assistance, behavior management, social skills development, independent living skills development all tailored to the individual.
